Hi, I’m Pat. I run Sessionz Services, where I offer structured, non-clinical ADHD support for adults alongside specialist audio services.

My ADHD work is calm, practical, and focused on understanding patterns and reducing overwhelm, rather than quick fixes. My audio work draws on years of hands-on experience in music and sound.

Audio editing and podcast editing, audio repair, DJ and Production lessons, and music production services are provided for your specific audio needs

"I sent Pat a few hypnosis audio for him to listen to, which I'd recorded pretty badly on my iPhone in a small and echoey room.

Pat suggested I should start creating audio files for my clients and said that he could clean them up and get them into a presentable file that I could use.
