About Sessionz Services

I’m Pat, and I run Sessionz Services. My work focuses on two distinct areas: non-clinical ADHD support for adults and specialist audio services.

Sessionz Services exists because I wanted to focus on work that is meaningful, sustainable, and genuinely useful — rather than trying to offer everything to everyone.

My background

I have lived experience of ADHD and was diagnosed in adulthood. Like many people, I spent years trying to understand why certain patterns kept repeating and why standard advice often didn’t work for me. Over time, I built my own systems and ways of working that were realistic, flexible, and ADHD-friendly.

That experience now shapes how I support others — particularly people who are newly diagnosed, self-identified, or simply trying to make sense of how ADHD affects them day to day.

Alongside this, I have a long-standing background in audio work, including music production and podcast editing. I’m currently the audio producer for The ADHD Adults Podcast, which allows me to contribute to the ADHD community in a practical, behind-the-scenes way.
