ADHD WALKING MEET-UP GROUP
Our relaxed, ADHD walking meet-up gives people a chance to get outside, be active, and connect with others who also have ADHD.
Whether you want to chat with others or just come along and enjoy some company in silence, you're welcome to attend a walk. There is no expectation to talk with others, so this doesn't have to be a barrier to stop you from coming.
Our walks will usually be held on the third Tuesday of the month. We will visit different outdoor locations around Milton Keynes, so please check the website regularly to see where we'll visit next.

We get together at the location meeting point, usually at 6pm. To make it ADHD friendly we will wait 20 minutes for any late arrivals.
We will bring along green and red stickers.
Green = Yes, I am open to chatting.
Red = No chatting / I am non verbal / I'm lost in the music / my partner has wound me up, back off. There is a WhatsApp group for the walks. We will broadcast our location while on the walk, in case anyone comes later than the 20 minute wait period. You are welcome to catch up with us, but the group won't stop once we have set off.
Please check location details for parking address and any notes before you leave. These can be found further down this page.
Dogs are welcome but they must be kept on a lead. Please check if anyone in the group is uncomfortable with dogs. If so, you must give them space. The group is predominantly set up for people first.
You can walk as much or as little as you like, and at any speed you want.
TIP: save your parking location on Google Maps to find your way back easily.
Please confirm in advance if you are coming along to a walk. This helps us to know roughly how many people we are expecting. You can do this through the contact form on this site, by email, or in the WhatsApp MKAASG Walking Group.
You can request to be added to the WhatsApp group by the same methods above. It is recommended to do so, as we will use the group to advise if walk details have change, to advise if a walk is cancelled, and to post our live location during walks.
