If you haven't had an ADHD diagnosis, you might fee llike there's no help out there for you. Or maybe you have been diagnosed, gone through titration, you're now on ADHD medication, and then just left to fend for yourself. What's next?

If you’re an adult with ADHD and live in Milton Keynes, there are many options out there if you have the disposable income. But what if you don't have the budget?

There are free options available right now. No catch. Just practical, peer‑led support.

Milton Keynes Adult ADHD Support Group

MKAASG is a community of adults with ADHD, their friends, partners, and family. No diagnosis is needed, no one’s here to judge, and there’s no charge to take part. The focus is on connection, understanding, and practical tools that make day-to-day life easier.

What MKAASG Offers (All Free)

1. Social Meet-Ups

Held once a month in Milton Keynes, these are relaxed, friendly evenings focused on peer support—sharing experiences, ideas, and strategies with people who genuinely understand ADHD. Sometimes we invite guest speakers, such as ADHD coaches, therapists, or professionals, who share their knowledge on topics like relationships, organisation, or emotional regulation. Whether you want to listen, talk, or just be around others who “get it,” you’ll leave feeling less alone and more supported.

2. Walking Meet-Ups

Low-pressure, low-sensory walks designed with ADHD in mind. Perfect if you find indoor social settings overwhelming or if you just prefer connecting while moving. You can even choose a green sticker to show that you're up for talking and socialising, or a red sticker to show that you'd like to remain non-verbal but still take part in the walk, depending on how you’re feeling that day.

3. WhatsApp Accountability Group

Daily peer support at your fingertips. Members post their to-do lists, share updates, and cheer each other on. It’s a great way to keep momentum going between meet-ups.

4. Online Body Doubling (coming soon)

5. Facebook group

Our private Facebook community is a space to ask questions, share resources, celebrate wins, and get advice from people who’ve been there. It’s also where we post updates, event reminders, and opportunities to get involved. It’s friendly, respectful, and full of people who understand ADHD without you needing to explain.
