Milton Keynes Adult ADHD Support Group runs a monthly social meet-up for adults with ADHD - with or without a diagnosis - so that its members can get together to have a chat, swap experiences, and offer each other advice. Friends, partners and family who wish to learn more are also welcome.
The group meets up once a month, usually on the first Wednesday of the month, at MK11 Live Music Venue & Sports Bar, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, from 6pm to 9pm.
You can come along and get involved with others, or just sit and listen to the conversations. There are no expectations, you decide what you are comfortable with.
We have previously had guest speakers such as James Brown from The ADHD Adults Podcast, and Laura Mears-Reynolds from ADHDAF Podcast. We are always looking for speakers who can help to improve the lives of our group's members by sharing their information and experiences. The next MKAASG meet-up
Our next group meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 4th June 2025, at our new venue, MK11 Live Music Venue & Sports Bar, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes. We'll be there from 6pm - 9pm.
We've had a great time at Halley's Comet, and Hannah and Simon have been great with all the support they've provided the group. The pub is a great venue, and it can get very busy. This caused some attendees sensory issues. This, and the fact that the pub's Wednesday night poker event was getting more and more popular, led to the decision to try a new venue.
Simon at MK11 has provided us our own separate area, which we hope will help to reduce noise and enable those with sensory issues to be able to attend.
This month we’ll be having a bit of fun with a ‘Get to know you’ questionnaire. We all have ADHD, so let’s share our experiences to give each other a bit of a laugh, and to normalise our experiences.
An online form needs to be filled in before the meeting, the link will be given to you when you confirm your attendance.

Meeting new people and coming to a new location can cause some to feel nervous, but this doesn't have to stop you coming. If you use the contact form below to get in touch with me in advance, I can arrange to meet you outside the pub so that you don't have to walk in on your own. As you turn in to MK11 venue carpark, you can see the main building on the right.
When you enter the front door, head straight up the stairs to the bar.
On the left hand side of the bar, you'll see a door labelled 'Lower Bar'. That's us!
The toilets are directly on the left as you enter the front door (last picture).

Parking info:
MK11 has limited parking at the front of the building. After 18:30, you can use the parking area of the businesses to the left. Thanks to a member of the group, we have also secured extra nearby parking for us to use if this is all full. Please message us directly for the info of the extra parking location.
